Final Sale Items (No Returns)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All crochet finished products (Flower Garden, Wearables & Bags, Amigurumi Friends)
These items are made to order — I purchase yarn and start crocheting immediately after you place your order. Each piece is handmade by me, stitch by stitch, just for you. If I notice any issue while crocheting, I redo it. I only send out items that meet my quality standards.
Because of this, I do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size estimation (exact dimensions are listed in the product description)

"Doesn't look like the photo" (all photos are of the actual item)

Any other reason that is not a clear defect or damage caused by me
Tools & Accessories (Crochet hooks, stitch markers, rings)
These items are not custom-made and can be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Since I ship from China, return shipping is often expensive — please consider this before purchasing. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

I will review the issue. If it's my mistake, I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. I do not ask you to ship the item back — return shipping from the US to China often costs more than the item itself.
