Return & Refund Policy

Final Sale Items (No Returns)

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All crochet finished products (Flower Garden, Wearables & Bags, Amigurumi Friends)

These items are made to order — I purchase yarn and start crocheting immediately after you place your order. Each piece is handmade by me, stitch by stitch, just for you. If I notice any issue while crocheting, I redo it. I only send out items that meet my quality standards.

Because of this, I do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size estimation (exact dimensions are listed in the product description)

  • "Doesn't look like the photo" (all photos are of the actual item)

  • Any other reason that is not a clear defect or damage caused by me

Tools & Accessories (Crochet hooks, stitch markers, rings)

These items are not custom-made and can be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Since I ship from China, return shipping is often expensive — please consider this before purchasing. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in making every item. If your order arrives damaged, has a clear defect, or is the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at claire20200411@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

I will review the issue. If it's my mistake, I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. I do not ask you to ship the item back — return shipping from the US to China often costs more than the item itself.
